Ralph is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Audax Strategic Capital, based in New York.

Prior to joining Audax in 2026, Ralph was a Managing Director at Blackstone, where he maintained a leadership role in Blackstone’s Tactical Opportunities group (Tac Opps). At Tac Opps, Ralph led multiple investments across middle market control-equity platforms; non-control equity solutions across preferred, structured, convertible and minority-equity investments; as well as several asset-backed investments. Prior to Blackstone, Ralph was previously at KKR and began his career at Goldman Sachs.

Ralph graduated from the University of British Columbia, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance. Ralph was part of the University’s Portfolio Management Foundation (PMF) and is a Leslie Wong Fellow.
